Episode 48: College Gridiron Showcase Preview, Part 1

In this episode of podcast, host Emily Van Buskirk starts a series of episodes previewing the 2021 College Gridiron Showcase. She speaks with Director of Scouting and Player Personnel for the Showcase, Mike Rittelmann about what the event is and what it does for college football players across the country.

Later, Emily is joined by Illinois State quarterback Brady Davis who takes about his journey from Mississippi to Memphis to finding a home with the Redbirds. He talks about what scouts can expect from him in Fort Worth and discusses his experience at the Manning Camp.

Emily closes out the episode with South Carolina Quarterback Collin Hill, who talks about training in Nashville with Davis, his journey from Colorado State back home to South Carolina and how his ability to make throws is what sets him apart. He also discusses what he likes about the Showcase format.
